Forever Furniture Return and Refund Policy

Lifetime Warranty
Forever Furniture proudly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, ensuring that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications made after purchase.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 90-day return and refund policy from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Returns After 90 Days
After the initial 90-day period, products may still be eligible for a partial refund. The item must be returned to us for inspection, and the refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is deemed to be in poor condition or does not meet our return criteria.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Upon inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom-made products, final sale items, and items damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
